Thee Uncommon Fraternity exists to give men the opportunity to have fun and connect authentically with each other; and in doing so we find these to be the ingredients for meaningful growth and purpose in our lives.
When we spend a weekend curling, glassblowing, dog sledding, and running through the woods with paintball slingshots - and then share a dinner where we can be honest about who we desire to be as men - we form real friendships marked by accountability and growth. We then return to our homes equipped to be better husbands, intentional fathers, and leaders in every area of our lives.

Whether you are single, married, have kids or not - if you are a man who desires to grow through authentic community, actionable skill building, and Uncommon experiences - then this is the place for you! We want men who are tired of drifting and motivated to learn, take action, and invest in those around them!
We do NOT offer a free trial. We do our due diligence in vetting each applicant to weed out the "tire kickers" and determine if this is a mutually beneficial fit. If you don't feel confident in your decision to join, then it's likely not the right time.
